A five-course wine dinner by talented and charismatic chef Dzintars Kristovskis combined with French wines from the Loire Valley selected by experienced sommelier Irina Rakevich.
This region of France is famous for refined and subtle wines of different character: refreshing sparkling wines, refined whites, deep and multi-faceted reds and velvety sweet wines.
During dinner there will be the opportunity to taste all these styles from five different producers and immerse yourself in the world of French winemaking.

Cream of caramelised parsnips and chanterelles, almond butter, hazelnut foam, jam of topinambour and caramelised mushrooms. Rye and barley bread, butter with black garlic, buckwheat honey.
