As part of the wine school for beginners, there will be a lecture
on how to match wines to dishes.

This is a hands-on session on pairing the main flavours of food
with different styles of wine.

We will discuss how the ingredients of the dish and sauce affect
the flavour of the wine and vice versa.

We will talk about the proper temperature at which to serve wine.
