In the holidays suggests paying attention to non-classical sparkling wines that are produced only traditional regions of France, Italy and Spain but in such countries as South Africa, UK, Hungary, USA, Australia, Portugal and Luxembourg.
Here, too, they use the traditional method of producing champagne, but each country gives its wines its own unique character.
