This region of France is widely known for its centuries-old history, ancient medieval architecture, picturesque landscapes, unique local cuisine, and, of course, high-class winemaking. It is the birthplace of many noble grape varieties, which produce exquisite wines with a deep character, reflecting the local terroir and traditions.
During the training, we will talk about the history of the region, the specifics of local winemaking and grape varieties, study the geography of production areas and the classification of local wines that blend harmoniously with local cuisine.
At each lecture, we will taste 6 samples combined with light snacks.
