As part of the wine school for beginners, you can join a group for one of the lectures separately.
The 5th lecture is devoted to the rules of serving wines to dishes.
This is a practical lesson on "combining the main flavors of dishes with"different styles of wines. We discuss how the ingredients and sauce influence taste of the wine and on the contrary, learn about "enemies" of wine and what to do to avoid commit blunders. Let’s study the correct wine serving temperature and try different combinations to experience the compatibility of flavors.
Wine lectures are held in the cozy atmosphere of the "Lindeborg Wines" wine club. Each meeting includes six new wines, educational materials and a great atmosphere.
